What happens after the 14-day trial?

After 14 days, you are automatically switched to the chosen plan (monthly or yearly). You receive an email beforehand. Don't want to continue? Cancel with one click in the client portal.

Is anything charged during the trial?

No. During the 14-day trial period, no amount is charged. You provide your payment details to make the transition smooth after the trial, but you can cancel free of charge before day 14.

How is VAT handled?

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Belgian and French clients receive an invoice with correct VAT treatment (reverse charge where applicable). You can manage your VAT number in the client portal.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly (or vice versa)?

Yes, via the client portal. When switching to yearly, the remaining monthly amount is offset.

How does Tender Tracker invoice?

You receive an invoice by email at each billing (monthly or yearly). Invoices are also available in the client portal.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment fails, your account is placed in read-only mode — you can still view what you had, but no new tenders come in. Once the payment is resolved, the digest resumes.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

No. Both the monthly and yearly plans are cancellable monthly (for the monthly plan) or yearly (for the yearly plan). No 12-month contract on the monthly plan.

Do you offer discounts for large teams or consortia?
